This review comes from the old result system and indicates that this part did not work in some test.

Appears to be in the wrong plasmid. Cutting with EcoR1 and Spe1 yielded a band at ~1kb (insert) and one at ~2kb, but the listed vector (pSB4A3) has a length of ~3.3kb. Since the part is Amp resistant, it seems as though it is actually on plasmid pSB1A2 (~2kb).

I13008 included in the iGEM 2007 Parts Kits (Plate 1, Well 2J) is in pSB1A2, not pSB4A3 as it was originally said to be in.
